*Total delivery time includes processing and carrier transit time for all 50 states.

Please note, business days are Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Furthermore, most items may be shipped to all 50 states via Standard Ground, Second Day and Next Day Service. We can only ship Standard Ground to P.O. Boxes.

Returns & Replacements
At Woolpro, your satisfaction is always guaranteed. We know it's sometimes necessary to return or exchange an item and we want to make it easy. To return or exchange an item please contact Woolpro Customer Service (800.431.6677) for a "Return Merchandise Authorization Number". The returned product must be in good re-salable condition unless the returned product is defective. All Woolpro products are under warranty from defective workmanship and materials in the normal use of the product. Please see warranty information below.

Any such defective product will, at our option, be replaced or repaired free of charge if returned to Woolpro. Our liability under all warranties, expressed or implied, shall be limited to replacement or repair of defective products. To return/exchange a product under warranty, please contact Woolpro Customer Service (800.431.6677) for a "Return Merchandise Authorization Number".

Order History & Tracking
If you provided your email address when placing your order, we'll send you an order confirmation by email within two hours. This confirmation will give you the order number and indicate the total value of the merchandise. You can get more information on orders and backorders by going to My Account. We also send a shipping notification email when your order ships (although there are a few exceptions in cases where your item ships from an off-site distribution center). For most orders, the shipping notification will include information on how to track your shipment. Please go to Order Status to see your order history and tracking information.
Your Account Information

Creating a Woolpro account stores your information to simplify the order process and connects you to time-saving features like faster checkouts. When you log in, you will have access to your saved shipping and billing addresses, secure payment information and your Order History & Tracking. Create an Account. The email address you provide when you create your account will be the Login ID for your account. Additionally, we use this email address to send notifications such as order confirmations and tracking information.

Passwords are case sensitive and must be between six and 16 characters long. They may contain only letters, numbers, spaces and the following characters: ! # $ * + , - . : @ [ \ ] ^ _ | ~. For a stronger password, we recommend using a combination of characters, including at least one uppercase letter, lowercase letter, number and special character. You can change your password online at any time. We'll verify your identity first, then you'll be able to choose a new password.

If you have created an account, you can visit My Account to enter or update your billing address and personal shipping address, and to add or update addresses in your Address Book. Use your Address Book to store shipping addresses under nicknames of your choice. Then, when you're ready to order, you can quickly choose from your list of nicknames to access saved addresses. Create an Account.

Privacy & Security

Privacy: We may collect information (including name, address, telephone number, email address, transaction information, credit card information and date of birth) when you place an order, create an account, or sign-up for our newsletter. We maintain the data that you provide us, along with a record of your purchases, in a secure database. We also gather information about how visitors navigate through our Web site by using clickstream data. At Woolpro, we always want to provide you with the best possible shopping experience and fulfill your orders exactly as you've requested. To do this, we collect information that allows us to process and track your orders, improve our merchandise selection, and tailor promotions and policies that we believe will be of interest to you.

Security: It is our intent to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you or received from a partner. We use a variety of current technologies and processes for protection of our customer data. It is our practice to use encryption whenever we receive or transmit sensitive data.
